J.C. Pillard’s parents read her The Hobbit when she was six, and she was hooked on fantasy from that point on. When she’s not reading or writing speculative fiction, J.C. spends time knitting and running far too many D&D games. She lives at the foot of the Colorado Rockies with her husband and their sweet dog.
