Gordon Grice is freelance magazine writer and wandering college lecturer whose literary course topics have included horror, homicide, science fiction, monsters, Edgar Allan Poe, and man-eating animals. He frequently teaches creative writing for the UCLA Extension Writer’s Program. He and his wife have three sons and two pet tarantulas.
