Joshua Adam Prentice was born in the United Kingdom, grew up in the Bay Area, and currently lives in the Pacific Northwest. He studied English and Creative Writing at San Francisco State University. When he was five, he was attacked by a monkey, which annoyingly proved to be the most interesting thing that has ever happened to him.
